Terms of Service

A referral service
IBCycle (ibcycle.com) is a referral service. When you send a request, we pass it to partner suppliers in our network. IBCycle does not sell, buy, store, transport or recondition IBC totes, and is not a party to any deal you make with a supplier.
Partner suppliers set the terms
Prices, availability, payment terms, pickup, delivery, warranties and returns are set by the partner supplier who quotes you. Review the supplier's quote and terms before you agree to anything. Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to buy or sell.
Information on this site
The information on this site is general. Tote specifications vary by manufacturer and condition. Check a tote's markings, prior contents and suitability with the supplier, and check current regulations before using or shipping regulated materials.
No warranty
This site and the referral service are provided as is, without any warranty. IBCycle does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that a request can be filled, or the quality of any goods or services a supplier provides.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IBCycle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a partner supplier.
Your information
How we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
